Most of the services provided by At Your Service for Seniorsare $22.50 per hour plus HST.
If the service includes driving (eg. to purchase groceries, to take you to an appointment etc.), there is an additional charge of 50 cents per kilometre, starting from and ending at the client's home.
Clients may submit these expenses on their income tax returns to reduce their taxable income if they have been classified as eligible to receive the Disablity Tax Credit.
In some instances the services may be exempt from HST if certain conditions exist. (see notes in FAQ section)
Service Minimum
There is a minimum of one (1) hour of service per visit.
Time is charged to the next closest quarter hour.
Client Billing
Client invoices are billed monthly.
Terms are Net 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Client Payment
Payment may be made by cash, cheque, money order or through web banking or telephone banking at most banks.
VAC Health Identification Cards are accepted.
